If the Parties do not agree on a Monthly Extension Fee, then the Monthly Extension Fee shall equal the Monthly Fee as calculated in accordance with Exhibit A (Pricing).
Purchaser acknowledges that through the date of this Amendment, all payments of the Monthly Extension Fee due to Purchaser have been paid in full.
