Monthly Collection Amount definition

Monthly Collection Amount. For each Distribution Date, all amounts actually received by Servicer during the related Collection Period with respect to the Mortgage Loans and REO Properties from whatever source (other than partial and forbearance payments), minus amounts representing accrued taxes and insurance premiums not yet due and payable to the applicable taxing authority or insurer, calculated in accordance with the then current escrow analysis performed by Servicer in accordance with applicable Requirements.
Monthly Collection Amount means, for each Distribution Date, all amounts actually received into Servicer's lock box during the related Collection Period with respect to the Loans and REO Properties from whatever source (other than partial and forbearance payments), amounts representing accrued taxes and insurance premiums; not yet due and payable to the applicable taxing authority or insurer, calculated in accordance with the then current escrow analysis performed by Servicer in accordance with applicable Requirements.
Monthly Collection Amount means, for each Distribution Date and each Owner, all amounts actually received into the Subservicer's lock box or otherwise by Subservicer during the related Collection Period with respect to the Assets relating to such Owner from whatever source (other than partial and forbearance payments), including, without limitation, all payments of principal and interest, and Prepayment Penalties, minus (i) amounts representing accrued taxes and insurance premiums not yet due and payable to the applicable taxing authority or insurer, calculated in accordance with the then current escrow analysis performed by the Subservicer in accordance with applicable Requirements, (ii) Servicing Fees and Ancillary Income with respect to the related Assets to the extent received and retained by the Subservicer prior to distribution pursuant to Section 6.02 and (iii) any amounts refunded to an Obligor with respect to any such Asset that are determined to be in excess of the amounts required under the terms of the related Custodial Documents.
