Monthly CFC Statement definition
Monthly CFC Statement means the detailed statement of CFCs, in the form reasonably prescribed by RIAC and as amended by RIAC from time to time, which Company will provide to RIAC, pursuant to Section 7, without modification, on a monthly basis and at Company’s sole cost and expense, on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of the month following the month in which the CFCs were or should have been collected.
