Monthly Average Subscriber Level definition

Monthly Average Subscriber Level means the average number of Subscribers of the Licensee in a particular month, as set forth in the applicable month’s Subscriber Report (refer Schedule D).
Monthly Average Subscriber Level means the figure arrived at by summing up the number of Subscribers on the first day of the month in question and on the last day of the month in question and then divided such summed up number by 2 (two).
Monthly Average Subscriber Level means the average number of Subscribers for a particular month, as set forth in the applicable Subscriber Report, calculated by dividing the sum of the total number of Subscribers, reflecting in the Operator‟s SMS integrated with CAS in its digital Addressable System, on the first day of such month or the first day of activation of the signals of the Subscribed Channel(s) in such month (as applicable) and the last day of such month or the day immediately prior to the deactivation of the signals of the Subscribed Channel(s) in such month (as applicable), by two.

More Definitions of Monthly Average Subscriber Level

Monthly Average Subscriber Level means, for any calendar month, the sum of the number of Subscribers to HD Channels on an A-xx-xxxxx basis and/or as part of Subscriber Packages, each of such number of Subscribers as on the first and last day of such calendar month, divided by two.
Monthly Average Subscriber Level means, for any calendar month, the sum of the number of Subscribers to Channels on an A-la-carte basis and/or as part of Subscriber Packages, each of such number of Subscribers as on the first and last day of such calendar month, divided by two.

  • Monthly Average means the highest allowable average of “daily discharges” over a calendar month, calculated as the sum of all “daily discharges” measured during a calendar month divided by the number of “daily discharges” measured during that month.   • Average monthly discharge limitation means the highest allowable average of "daily discharges" over a calendar month, calculated as the sum of all "daily discharges" measured during a calendar month divided by the number of "daily discharges" measured during that month. Compliance with fecal coliform bacteria or E coli bacteria limitations shall be determined using the geometric mean.

If the Weighted Average Price cannot be calculated for a security on a particular date on any of the foregoing bases, the Weighted Average Price of such security on such date shall be the fair market value as mutually determined by the Company and the Holder. If the Company and the Holder are unable to agree upon the fair market value of such security, then such dispute shall be resolved pursuant to Section 11 with the term “Weighted Average Price” being substituted for the term “Exercise Price.” All such determinations shall be appropriately adjusted for any stock dividend, stock split, stock combination, reclassification or other similar transaction during the applicable calculation period.
