Monthly Average Subscriber Level definition

Monthly Average Subscriber Level means the figure arrived at by summing up the number of Subscribers on the first day of the month in question and on the last day of the month in question and then divided such summed up number by 2 (two).
Monthly Average Subscriber Level means the average number of Subscribers for a particular month, as set forth in the applicable Subscriber Report, calculated by dividing the sum of the total number of Subscribers, reflecting in the Operator‟s SMS integrated with CAS in its digital Addressable System, on the first day of such month or the first day of activation of the signals of the Subscribed Channel(s) in such month (as applicable) and the last day of such month or the day immediately prior to the deactivation of the signals of the Subscribed Channel(s) in such month (as applicable), by two.
Monthly Average Subscriber Level means the sum of the number of Active Subscribers of the Subscribed Channel(s) on the seventh, fourteenth, twenty-first and twenty eighth day of the month in question, recorded at any point of time between 19.00 hours to 23.00 hours, divided by four more particularly set out in Clause 5 of the SLA. For the purpose of calculation of Monthly Subscription Fee, Subscriber for any calendar month, means each STB which is availing the Subscribed Channel(s) from the DPO directly by means of linear transmission, through the Distribution System;

  • Such reports shall specify all information required to calculate the Monthly Average Subscriber Level (including but not limited to the number of Subscribers for each channel and each package in which channel is included).

  • If the Operator offers the opted Bouquet(s) as a whole to its Subscribers, the Monthly License Fee for such Bouquet(s) shall be equal to the Bouquet rate as set out in the Annexure A1 of this agreement, multiplied by the number of Monthly Average Subscriber Level availing the Bouquet(s).

Monthly Average Subscriber Level means, for any calendar month, the sum of the number of Subscribers to Channels on an A-la-carte basis and/or as part of Subscriber Packages, each of such number of Subscribers as on the first and last day of such calendar month, divided by two.

  • Monthly Average means the highest allowable average of “daily discharges” over a calendar month, calculated as the sum of all “daily discharges” measured during a calendar month divided by the number of “daily discharges” measured during that month. For Fecal Coliform Bacteria (FCB) or E-Coli, report the monthly average.

  • Weighted Average S&P Recovery Rate As of any date of determination, the number, expressed as a percentage and determined separately for each Class of Secured Notes that is rated by S&P, obtained by summing the products obtained by multiplying the Principal Balance of each Collateral Obligation (other than Defaulted Obligations) by its corresponding recovery rate as determined in accordance with Section 1 of Schedule 4 hereto, dividing such sum by the Aggregate Principal Balance of all Collateral Obligations (other than Defaulted Obligations), and rounding to the nearest tenth of a percent.
