Month M-2 definition

Month M-2 means the calendar month immediately preceding Month M-1, “Month M-1” means the calendar month immediately preceding Month M, “Month M” means the delivery month, “Month M+1” means the calendar month immediately following Month M, and “Month M+2” means the calendar month following Month M+1;
Month M-2 means the month preceding Month M-1; and so on.

Examples of Month M-2 in a sentence

  • Such credit or debit shall be applied after Shipper or Other Shipper has unloaded its first LNG Ship in Month M+2 or in any later Month.

  • This report shall indicate any applicable penalties as Calculated by ▇▇▇▇ pursuant to Articles 6 and 7 of the Contract in Month M-2.

  • II.15.1 ▇▇▇▇ checks every Month M the aFRR Energy Discrepancy of Month M-2, in accordance with Annex 13.A.

  • At the latest by the end of each calendar Month, ▇▇▇▇ presents to the BSP, in a joint validation platform or other channel9: • a report related to the baseline control for Month M-2, as foreseen in Art II.13.3. This report indicates, amongst others, the baseline quality for Month M-2 as calculated by ▇▇▇▇ in accordance with Art.

  • At any point between the Operator's publication of the Annual Schedule for Year N and the twentieth (20) calendar day of a given Month M-2, the Shipper may remove from its Annual Schedule all or part of the Cargo Transfers or Energy Content scheduled for Unloading in Month M.

  • Any Shipper having a subscription for Unloadings for Month M or in its subscription account as known at the twentieth (20th) day of a given Month M-2 at the latest, and not expecting to use them in full, has a Pooling credit (C), which can be used in the other French regulated terminals during the Month M.

  • At any time between the publication of the Annual Schedule for year N by the Operator and the twentieth (20th) day of a given Month M-2, the Shipper may remove from the Annual schedule all or part of its number of scheduled Unloadings and/or quantities scheduled for Unloading in Month M.
