monitoring person definition
monitoring person means an authorised person referred to in section 13A(6)(b) of the Act;
monitoring person means the PRINCIPAL OFFICER or any person authorised by the TRUSTEES in terms of the RULES for the purpose of monitoring and ensuring compliance with Section 13A of the ACT regarding payment of contributions.
