The contacts listed in paragraph 1 above will attend Monitoring Meetings that will be held to assess general progress in provision of TE Service A or TE Service B.
Should actions agreed and recorded at the Monitoring Meetings not be completed to the satisfaction of either SW or the Licensee, then the issue will be escalated to a representative of the Licensee and a representative of SW who have the authority to resolve the issue.
The agenda for the Monitoring Meetings will include: the Licensee’s general performance in providing services; the Licensee’s performance against the service level specifications in Appendix 8; a review of performance reports required under Appendix 2, paragraph 7 and Appendix 3, paragraph 5 (as appropriate), including agreement on corrective action to be taken, where performance is of concern and/or where service levels are not being achieved.
These Contract Monitoring Meetings will include the following agenda items: Engagement of provider in ART Referral process, including number of offers being made and refusals; The prioritisation profile of Service Users receiving a service; Feedback from Service Users who have left the service on the quality of service received by the Service Provider and the impact the Service Provider has had on their outcomes.

Any amendment or variation of the terms of this Agreement shall be discussed and agreed by the Parties at the Quarterly Monitoring Meetings.
The Monitoring Meetings are to monitor the performance of the Support Services, to discuss any changes proposed in accordance with the Change Control Procedure and to discuss the Support Service Levels.
The Parties must review and discuss Service Quality Performance Reports and monitor performance of the Contract and consider any other matters reasonably required by either Party at Contract Monitoring Meetings which should be held in the form and intervals set out in Schedule 11 (Details of Contract Monitoring Meetings).
Progress in meeting targets is reviewed monthly in Performance Monitoring Meetings.
As part of the monthly local Contract Monitoring Meetings, invoices shall be reviewed with the Purchaser’s representative and approval provided for the Core Services where the Minimum Requirements for the Service have been met as per the parameters set out in Schedule C.
