Monitoring Material definition

Monitoring Material means a device used to provide remote monitoring of assets, including FTM, FTW Products and/or modem, Wi-Fi, batteries, and network switches included in LED Light Source Equipment (excludes SMART card).

  • The Licensee agrees and acknowledges that NLA has no control over, or liability (whether under these Terms, in contract, negligence or otherwise) for any service provided to any Licensed Party by a MMO, or for any Web Media Monitoring Material or Article.

  • NLA itself enters into a direct licence for use of Media Monitoring Material by those Clients under a separate NLA Licence and as such those rights are not sub-licensable by the Licensee under this agreement, save to the extent permitted under clause 12.6.

  • In these circumstances, the Licence Fee payable in the renewal invoice will be based upon (i) the details provided by the Licensee in the previous year, (ii) the current Price List at the time, and (iii) reasonable assumptions as to the extent of the Licensee's use of Media Monitoring Material.
