Monitoring Facility definition

Monitoring Facility means the facility at which Operators review Images as part of the Subscription Services.
Monitoring Facility means any structure approved by the Administrator to provide a convenient access point for monitoring the quantity and quality of a User’s Wastewater.

  • Customer acknowledges that a digital communicator will be utilized for the purposes of transmitting all signals from the Monitored Systems to the Monitoring Facility.

  • It is the Customer’s responsibility to check and test the PERS Equipment and other devices in the manner set out in the User Manual on a regular basis to ensure that signals are being received by the Central Monitoring Facility.

  • The Monitoring Facility shall respond to all other signals in accordance with its current operating procedures for responding to such signals.

  • The Monitoring Facility and its location are subject to approval by the Administrator.

  • While accessing the Monitoring Facility located on KLN’s property, City employees, agents and contractors shall observe all safety rules applicable to such premises, and the City shall defend, indemnify and hold KLN harmless for all harm, injury or death to persons or damage to property (“Loss”) arising out of City’s employees, agents and contractors activities at the Joint Monitoring Station, except for Loss caused by the negligence or other fault of KLN.

The term includes a business engaged in processing agricultural, aquacultural, or maricultural products and specifically includes meat, poultry, and any other variety of food processing operations.
