Monitor group definition

Monitor group means a group designated by a course provider in an eligible occupational class, or an organized eligible group of individuals with a central coordinating person, approved by the Department to monitor self-study exams for approved course providers.

  • Comparator Group is defined as the following nine U.S. based carriers including, AirTran Airways, Inc., Alaska Air Group, Inc., AMR Corporation, Continental Airlines, Inc., Delta Air Lines Inc., JetBlue Airways Corporation, Southwest Airlines Co., US Airways Group, Inc. and UAL Corporation.

  • Sponsor Group means the Sponsors and the Sponsor Related Parties.

  • Investor Group means the Sponsor and its affiliates, successors and assigns.

  • DBS Group means any of DBS’s subsidiaries, DBS’s holding company and any subsidiaries of DBS’s holding company;

  • Peer Group means the group of companies, as more particularly set forth on attached Exhibit A, against which the Relative Total Shareholder Return of the Company is measured over the Incentive Period.
