MONITAL means Monital Signal Corporation, Griptight Holdings, Inc. and their respective subsidiaries prior to the Monital Acquisition;
MONITAL has the meaning ascribed to it in the Recitals.
MONITAL shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals of this Agreement.
