Examples of Monetization Transactions in a sentence

  • For all purposes of this Agreement, the term “Funded Debt” shall not include, with respect to the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, the contractual and other similar obligations of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries with respect to any Monetization Transactions.

  • In addition to the foregoing requirement, if and to the extent that any loans, advances or other extensions of credit existing on the Closing Date have been made by any Parent Affiliated Company to the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries out of (whether directly or indirectly) the proceeds of any Monetization Transactions, all of such Funded Debt shall be unsecured and subordinated to the Obligations pursuant to the Subordination Agreement.
