Monetary Reserves definition
Monetary Reserves means all reserves under Section 1.1(b) that represent monetary obligations or that otherwise relate to amounts that may be or are to be paid.
Examples of Monetary Reserves in a sentence
The amount of all Monetary Reserves and all Non-Monetary Reserves shall be subtracted from the Borrowing Base and the amount of all Monetary Reserves (other than reserves with respect to Hedging Liability) shall be subtracted from the aggregate Revolving Credit Commitments when calculating the amount of availability under the Revolving Credit.
