Monetary Contribution Amount definition
Monetary Contribution Amount means the amount specified in Item 4 of the Schedule. Party means a party to this agreement, including their successors and assigns. Residential Lot means a lot created in the Development for separate residential occupation. Subdivision Certificate has the same meaning as in the Act.
