Monetary Class definition

Monetary Class means the class certified pursuant to Rule 23(b)(3) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for monetary relief in connection with the Related Settlement.
Monetary Class and "Monetary Class Members" means all persons or entities who are currently PSI Class Members who invested in one or more of the Partnerships listed on Schedule A and who do not validly request exclusion from the Settlement in accordance with the procedures provided by the Preliminary Approval Order or such other order as may be entered by the Court certifying a settlement class under F.R.Civ.P. 23.
