Monetary Assessment definition
Monetary Assessment means a contractual or stipulated penalty as described in Section 10.1-2130 of the Code.
Examples of Monetary Assessment in a sentence
For greater certainty, Eligible Class Members are entitled to an Individual Monetary Award under the Monetary Assessment Scheme, even if they have received, are receiving, or are entitled to receive any statutory benefits through VAC.
You do not need to use any of these resources to be eligible for a Monetary Assessment under the Settlement.
