MOMI definition

MOMI and "Edison InternationalSM" (and any variations thereof) and any trademarks, trade names, logos or symbols related thereto.
MOMI has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereof.
MOMI means "pearl", and "ho'ohenoheno" means "to be affectionate" or "to love" (Exhibit Otsu 54, the entire import of the oral argument), and Plaintiff gives the translation, "pearl that is cherished".
