Molesting definition

Molesting means to interfere with annoy or disturb maliciously.
Molesting means the actions of a wolf that are annoying, disturbing or persecuting, especially with hostile intent or injurious effect, or chasing, driving, flushing, worrying, following after or on the trail of, or stalking or lying in wait for, livestock or domestic animals.
Molesting means an intentional touching, or display of the body of any person by that person or by any other person for the purpose of annoying, degrading, humiliating, sexually gratifying or sexually arousing any person. Intentional touching may be, but shall not be limited to, touching of any person with any body part, object or animal whether directly or through clothing.

  • Molestation means that an individual, with the intent to arouse or gratify the sexual desire of any individual, touches the anus, buttocks, pubic area, or genitalia of any child, or the breast of a female child, or takes indecent liberties with a child as defined in Section 76-5-416.

The term hazing includes, but is not limited to:

  • Smoke means the gases, particles, or vapors released into the air as a result of combustion, electrical ignition or vaporization, when the apparent or usual purpose of the combustion, electrical ignition or vaporization is human inhalation of the byproducts, except when the combusting or vaporizing of materials contains no tobacco or nicotine and the purpose of the inhalation is solely olfactory, such as, for example, smoke from incense. The term "smoke" includes, but is not limited to, tobacco smoke, electronic cigarette vapors, and cannabis smoke.
