Mojo Campers may not be able to perform this agreement if all the information requested is not provided.
For the avoidance of doubt, but without limitation during the Rental Term You are liable to Mojo Campers for the acts and omissions of any Authorised Drivers and other third parties as if they were Your own, regardless of fault.
The driver’s licence translation must be done by an NZTA approved translation service, diplomatic representative at a high commission, embassy or consulate or authority that issued the licence, and be in a form acceptable to Mojo Campers.
