MOHSA means the Borrower’s Ministry of Health and Social Affairs;
MOHSA means the Recipient’s ministry responsible for health and social action.

  • The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through MOHSA and NIH with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial and health practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.
