MoFEPT means Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Govt of Pakistan. • Introduction • The Project Director/MOFEPT will select the Educational Service Providers from those who are eligible under the criteria provided in Advertisement & TORs/RFPs, in accordance with the method of selection specified in the Data Sheet.• The Educational Service Providers are invited to submit a Technical Proposal and a Financial Proposal for Services required for the assignment named in the Data Sheet. The proposals should be in separate marked and sealed envelopes. The Proposal will be the basis for agreement negotiations and ultimately for a signed Agreement with the selected Educational Service Providers.
MoFEPT means the Recipient’s Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, or any successor thereto.
