MOEC definition

MOEC means the Borrower’s Ministry of Education and Culture;
MOEC means The Ministry of Education and Culture of the Borrower or any successor thereto;
MOEC means the Timor-Leste Ministry of Education and Culture, or any successor or successors thereto.
