  • For purposes of this Agreement, Modzy Software shall also include all user guides, training materials, or other documentation provided by Modzy.

  • Access to or use of a Model is subject to the Model End User License Terms in Exhibit A (the “ Model License”) which is between you and the Model Provider providing the specific Model via the Modzy Software.

  • You represent and warrant that any User Information provided to Modzy is authorized.
