Module Product(s) definition

Module Product(s) means products sold by Bridgelux that include, at a minimum, a combination as a single marketed product of an LED array together with one or more of the following: driver circuitry, embedded controls, communications functionality and/or optics. By way of example, Module Products include the Bridgelux OLM™ series Products and the Xenio™ smart lighting Products) and do not include Packaged Products or Die Products.
Module Product(s) means products sold by Bridgelux that include, at a minimum, a combination as a single marketed product of an LED array together with one or more of the following: driver circuitry, embedded controls, communications functionality and/or optics.
Module Product(s) means Automotive Modules and Telemetry Modules (each as defined below), manufactured, distributed or sold by or on behalf of the Business, including products under development, reference and concept designs and work in progress.

Examples of Module Product(s) in a sentence

  • For Standard Monocrystalline Module Products:  Within a period of one (1) year from the Warranty Start Date, the average output of the modules will be at least 97% of the rated power output specified in the original product label.

Module Product(s) means (i) the module referred to as “HS 3001 (Gecko)” that incorporates the QUALCOMM QSC1110 chipset, (ii) the module referred to as “HS 3002 (Whiptail)” that incorporates the QUALCOMM QSC6270 chipset, and (iii) the module referred to as “SM 4101 (Armstrong)” that is currently in development and that incorporates the Sequans SQN3223 / SQN3241 chipset(s).
Module Product(s) means products that incorporate SW Products and/or Combination Products in a module.
Module Product(s) means ultracapacitor modules built by KAIFA including 16V- 160V Modules which incorporate the Medium Series Cells, Large Series Cells and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Module Design. Related to Module Product(s)

  • SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,

  • the Products means all products and associated documentation to be supplied under this Contract;

  • New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements.
