Module Fees definition

Module Fees means all fees owed to Vendor or its affiliates for Module(s), including all fees paid for any and all modules, reports, and functionality that can be included in a bundle with the Module(s) or may be offered by Vendor in conjunction with the Module(s).
Module Fees means the fees to be paid by the Customer under this Agreement in respect of use of the Modules ordered by the Customer as set out in the Customer Order;

Examples of Module Fees in a sentence

  • If the Supplier agrees to grant access or increase the quantity, the Supplier shall, subject to the Customer paying the relevant Additional Module Fees, grant access to the Additional Modules in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.

  • Such vacations shall extend for such periods and be taken at such intervals as shall be appropriate and consistent with the proper performance of Executive’s duties hereunder.

Related to Module Fees

  • License Fees means the license fees, including all taxes thereon, paid or required to be paid by Licensee for the license granted under this Agreement.

  • Service Fees means all fees payable by Party B to Party A pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement in respect of the Services provided by Party A.

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

  • Support Fees means the fees, if any, payable by the State for Maintenance and Support Services as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Schedule.

  • Maintenance Fees means the non-refundable fees payable annually by Licensee to OT for Support Services;
