Module Assembly Process definition

Module Assembly Process means engineering and design information and data, inventions, trade secrets, know-how, work instructions, and related information as available and/or in then current use by FCE, including but not limited to the assembly of Fuel Cell Stack Modules from RC, NRC, and Module Components as well as information and know-how related to quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) for the assembly process.
