Modlet definition

Modlet means any of ThinkEco’s proprietary energy efficiency outlet devices (including any other device sold or used in connection with such device, and includes for smartAC Kits a remote thermostat).

  • The Software, Services and/or Modlet (and all copies thereof) are licensed to you, not sold, under this ▇▇▇▇.

  • You agree that ThinkEco may audit your use of the Software and/or Modlet for compliance with the Agreement at any time, upon reasonable notice to you.

  • This ▇▇▇▇ and the license granted hereunder are effective on the date you first use the Software, Services and/or Modlet and shall continue for as long as you own the Product, unless this ▇▇▇▇ is terminated under this section.

  • The license set forth above shall be in effect from the time that you obtain the Modlet and/or install the Software and shall remain in effect unless and until this license is terminated by ThinkEco.

  • If such audit reveals any use of the Software and/or Modlet by you other than in full compliance with the terms of the Agreement, you shall reimburse ThinkEco for all reasonable expenses related to such audit, in addition to any other liabilities that ThinkEco may incur because of such non-compliance.

  • You do not acquire ownership rights in or to any content, document, software, services or other materials viewed through the Software, Services and/or Modlet.

  • Upon termination of this ▇▇▇▇, the license granted hereunder will terminate and you must stop all use of the Software, Services and/or Modlet.

  • Open Source Software is subject to the license terms under which ThinkEco distributes such Open Source Software, and such licenses can be found in the user manual accompanying each Modlet.

  • Any attempt to disassemble, decompile, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, modify, sublicense, distribute or otherwise use the Software, Services and/or Modlet for non-authorized purposes is strictly prohibited.

  • Subject to the terms of the Agreement, You (and the number of authorized users that you have registered and paid for) are authorized to use the Services, Modlet and Software.

  • aeroplane means a power-driven heavier-than-air aircraft, deriving its lift in flight chiefly from aerodynamic reactions on surfaces which remain fixed under given conditions of flight;

  • Roomer means a person occupying a dwelling unit that lacks a major bathroom or kitchen facility, in a structure where one or more major facilities are used in common by occupants of the dwelling unit and other dwelling units. Major facility in the case of a bathroom means toilet, or either a bath or shower, and in the case of a kitchen means refrigerator, stove or sink.
