Modified Versions definition

Modified Versions are defined in clause 4.7.
Modified Versions means those versions of the Documents contained in the Licensed Content that are modified in accordance with these licensing conditions.

Examples of Modified Versions in a sentence

  • You are permitted to use the Standard Version and create and use Modified Versions for any purpose without restriction, provided that you do not Distribute the Modified Version.

  • Customer hereby irrevocably assigns to Magnolia all rights in and title to any Intellectual Property Rights relating to Modified Versions.

  • Notwithstanding the aforesaid, Customer shall be entitled to use such Modified Versions during the Subscription Term and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • To the extent certain jurisdictions do not provide for the assignability of the rights relating to Modified Versions or Intellectual Property Rights, Customer hereby grants to Magnolia a worldwide, irrevocable, exclusive, transferable and sublicensable, royalty-free, unlimited and unrestricted license to use, modify, develop and exploit such Modified Versions, Intellectual Property Rights and related rights.

  • Magnolia hereby agrees to grant a license to Customer to use such Modified Versions for the duration and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • If no such approval is given by ITU, the Licensee shall return to ITU or destroy, and certify such destruction, all full or partial copies of the Licensed Content in Licensee's possession or under its control (including any Modified Versions) within ten (10) days following the termination or expiration date, including any in-house copies Licensee may have produced.

  • Modified Versions and Pre-release Versions are excluded from the warranty according to this clause to the extent the non-conformity of the Software results from Customer’s or a third party’s modification of the Software or the use of a Pre-release Version.

  • In the event the Agreement is terminated or expires, Licensee may continue to use the Licensed Content and/or Modified Versions upon ITU’s prior written approval and provided appropriate credit is given to ITU.

  • Licensee will ensure that any use, distribution or marketing of the Modified Versions or any other modifications of the Licensed Content by the Licensee or its authorized sub-licensees does not breach the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Related to Modified Versions

  • Modified Version of the Document means any work containing the Document or a portion of it, either copied verbatim, or with modifications and/or translated into another language.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • New Version means any new version of the Software that the Contractor may from time to time introduce and market generally as a distinct licensed product, as may be indicated by Contractor's designation of a new version number.

  • Mobile Application means a specialized software program downloaded onto a wireless communication device.
