Modified Data definition

Modified Data. MODIFICATIONS" refers to having omitted, changed or added information of a DATASET, resulting in a dataset that however still represents semantically the same or a very similar product system as the original DATASET. For example, but not limited to, changing, adding or removing emission flows or values in the combustion process of a truck, with the truck still meant to represent the same truck size, year and region of operation etc., or removing or changing dataset documentation information. This does not refer to changed storage form or format of a DATASET. "DERIVED DATA " refers to a DATASET that was obtained by combining via mathematical and/or stochastic operations one or more of the DATASETs by making use of substantial and specific additional information and/or datasets of FINAL USER or third Party, resulting in a significantly different dataset for a semantically different product system, for example an aggregated LCI Dataset or EPD-like dataset of a different product system. Note that this does not include simpler changes such as for example adding a transport step or summing up two data sets.

Modified Data means any information or data that are created by GALATEA in the realization of its object or derived from it, which in whole or in part, even in a segmented way, constitute and / or are derived from Samples and Associated Clinical Data, and / or may be inferred or conjectured from these, and / or constitutes a modification to the Samples and the Associated Clinical Data by fusion, unification, incorporation or by any other means, with respect to other data and information.

  • ACS understands and agrees that Symetra owns all right, title, and interest in and to the Symetra Data and in and to any modification, compilation or Derivative Works therefrom (collectively, “Data and Modified Data”), and also owns all copyright, trademark, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights in and to the Data and Modified Data.

  • The Data Provider grants to the Data Consumer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, worldwide licence (“Licence”) for the Permitted Use only, during the Term, subject to the licence restrictions set out in Clause 7, to: access, view and Modify the Data; store the Data and any Modified Data; reproduce the Data; and Distribute the Data in accordance with Clause 6.

  • Contractor hereby assigns to Client exclusively all right, title, and interest in and to all copyright or other proprietary rights in and to the Data and Modified Data that it may have or obtain, without further consideration, free from any claim, lien for balance due, or rights of retention thereto on the part of Contractor.

  • Contractor understands and agrees that Client owns all right, title, and interest in the Client Data and in any modification, compilation, or derivative work therefrom (collectively, "Data and Modified Data"), and also owns all copyright, trademark, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights in the Data and Modified Data.

  • Amdocs hereby assigns to Nextel exclusively all right, title, and interest in and to all copyright or other proprietary rights in and to the Data and Modified Data that it may have or obtain, without further consideration, free from any claim, lien for balance due, or rights of retention thereto on the part of Amdocs.

  • All Modified Data will be marked as provided in Section 8.3 below.

  • All copies will bear notice of the restricted use of the Licensed Data on the Licensed Data (including any Modified Data) or its container.

  • Deidentified data means data that:

  • De-identified data means information that cannot reasonably be linked to an identified or identifiable individual.

  • Derived Data means data of any kind derived as a result (directly or indirectly) of the Data being Manipulated;

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • Excluded Data means: (i) data that is classified, used on the U.S. Munitions list (including software and technical data); or both; (ii) articles, services, and related technical data designated as defense articles and defense services; (iii) ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) released data; and (iv) personally identifiable information that is subject to heightened security requirements as a result of Partner or End User’s internal policies or practices, industry-specific standards or by law.
