Modification Work means any and all work; design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning and testing required for the modification of the Vessel to FSRU in accordance with the Modification Specification.

Modification Work means the studies and corrective work 80 performed by the United States on Boca Dam and appurtenant facilities, pursuant to the 81 SOD Act, as described in Article 3 herein;

Modification Work. “Owner Work” and “Owner Work Specification” each have the meanings given to them in the Supplemental Agreement.
