Modification of Work Scope Request definition
Modification of Work Scope Request or "MWSR" - means a document in the form of Exhibit 3 for Additional Services, which should be executed by KALITTA and CUSTOMER. The MWSR shall memorialize the request by CUSTOMER to amend the Work Authorization Form to include the Additional Services to be performed by KALITTA.
