Modification Cost definition

Modification Cost means, to the extent a Modification (relating to any or all of the Projects) increases the cost of the D&C Activities or to the extent a Modification (relating to the AL Project only) increases the cost of the O&M Activities:

Examples of Modification Cost in a sentence

  • Initially, the annual O&M Cost Savings shall be retained by or paid to the Company and credited against the balance of the Capital Modification Cost plus accrued interest thereon, as provided in subsection (C) of this Section.

  • The Parties have agreed to outfit the Rig with additional equipment and make other modifications to the Rig, at a total cost of Seven Million Seven Hundred and Twenty-Six Thousand and Fifty-One U.S. Dollars (US $7,726,051.00 (the “Rig Modification Cost”), with such Rig Modification Cost to be amortized over the Primary Term of this Drilling Contract in the amount of Seven Thousand and Fifty-Five U.S. Dollars (US $7,055.00) and payable per day of the Primary Term.

  • After the C apital Modification Cost, plus accrued interest thereon, has been recovered as provided in subsection (E) (1 ) of this Section, the annual O&M Cost Savings shall be allocated 75% to the Borough and 25% to the Company.

Related to Modification Cost

  • Construction Cost means and includes the cost of the entire construction of the Project, including all supervision, materials, supplies, labor, tools, equipment, transportation and/or other facilities furnished, used or consumed, without deduction on account of penalties, liquidated damages or other amounts withheld from payment to the contractor or contractors, but such cost shall not include the Consulting Engineer/Architect's fee, or other payments to the Consulting Engineer/Architect and shall not include cost of land or Rights-of-Way and Easement acquisition.

  • Construction Costs means land costs, all costs paid to construct and complete the Improvements, as specified on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof.

  • Acquisition Cost means the cost to acquire a tangible capital asset including the purchase price of the asset and costs necessary to prepare the asset for use. Costs necessary to prepare the asset for use include the cost of placing the asset in location and bringing the asset to a condition necessary for normal or expected use.

  • Formation Cost means preliminary expenses relating to regulatory and registration fees of the Scheme, flotation expenses of the Scheme, expenses relating to authorization of the Scheme, execution and registration of the Constitutive Documents, legal costs, printing, circulation and publication of this Offering Document, announcements describing the Scheme and all other expenses incurred until the end of the Initial Period.

  • Modification Fee means a fee, if any, collected from a Mortgagor by the Master Servicer in connection with a modification of any Mortgage Loan (other than a Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan), Serviced Companion Mortgage Loan or B Note other than a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan or collected in connection with a modification by the Special Servicer of a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan.
