Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit definition

Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit. OR “MPDU” means each of the sixty-eight (68) residential apartment units in the Twinbrook Quarter Phase I Apartments that are reserved and designated for occupancy by Eligible Households pursuant to Article II of this Agreement and the MPDU Restrictive Covenants.
