Moderate Rehabilitation Program means the Moderate Rehabilitation Program under 24 C.F.R. Part 882 or the Single Room Occupancy Moderate Rehabilitation Program where rental assistance is limited to properties previously rehabilitated pursuant to a HAP contract between an owner and a public housing authority.
