Modem Software definition

Modem Software means the software used and installed on a new customer’s computer during installation, as updated from time to time (including upgrades and manuals), and which is included when you purchase an ADSL Modem from us. Monthly Service Fees means the monthly fee due to us from you for the Service, excluding Set-up Fees and Usage Fees.

  • Spreadtrum and InterDigital specifically acknowledge and agree that the License Fees and royalties herein provided are based solely on the value of the Modem Software and Technology, and not on any Intellectual Property Rights in connection therewith.

  • Subject to the availability of personnel, InterDigital will use reasonable efforts to provide additional services related to the licensed Modem Software and Technology that are beyond the scope of Warranty Services.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, no license or right to sublicense is granted for Modem Software and Technology, or any portions thereof, to be sold or otherwise disposed of as a stand-alone product, and all such grants are limited to use of the Modem Software and Technology incorporated within Spreadtrum’s and its Affiliates’ Licensed Products.

  • System Software means machine-readable data and executable programs used to define the functionality of the HPS control system and standard hardware products, but does not include firmware, operating system, application software or other software products.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;
