Foreign Financial Regulatory Authority shall have the meaning given by Section 2(a)(50) of the 0000 Xxx.
Service Territory means the geographic area within which PG&E as a Utility Distribution Company is authorized and required to provide electric transmission and distribution service.
Region means the Control Areas and Transmission Facilities with respect to which a Party serves as RTO or Reliability Coordinator under NERC policies and procedures.
taxable territory means the territory to which the provisions of this Act apply;
Coverage territory means the United States of America (including its territories and possessions), Puerto Rico and Canada.

Relevant Electric Retail Regulatory Authority means an entity that has jurisdiction over and establishes prices and policies for competition for providers of retail electric service to end- customers, such as the city council for a municipal utility, the governing board of a cooperative utility, the state public utility commission or any other such entity.
Metropolitan Region Scheme or “Scheme” has the meaning ascribed to that expression in the Scheme Act;
Principal Regulator means the body or person appointed as the Principal Regulator under the Charities Act 2011;
Payroll Tax Executive Order means the Presidential Memorandum on Deferring Payroll Tax Obligations in Light of the Ongoing COVID-19 Disaster, as issued on August 8, 2020 and including any administrative or other guidance published with respect thereto by any Governmental Entity (including IRS Notice 2020-65).

"Regulatory assets" includes, but is not limited to, all deferred demand-side management costs; all deferred percentage of income payment plan arrears; post-in-service capitalized charges and assets recognized in connection with statement of financial accounting standards no. 109 (receivables from customers for income taxes); future nuclear decommissioning costs and fuel disposal costs as those costs have been determined by the commission in the electric utility's most recent rate or accounting application proceeding addressing such costs; the undepreciated costs of safety and radiation control equipment on nuclear generating plants owned or leased by an electric utility; and fuel costs currently deferred pursuant to the terms of one or more settlement agreements approved by the commission.
Persistent vegetative state means a condition caused by injury, disease or illness in which a patient
