Model Program definition

Model Program means Model programming logic designed to calculate payments in accordance with transaction document requirements.

Model Program means a component initiative of the Model test. The term Model Program refers to the Hospital Payment Program described in Section 8, the Care Redesign Program (“CRP”) described in Section 9, the Maryland Primary Care Program (“MDPCP”) described in Section 10, and any additional programs proposed by the State and implemented by CMS in accordance with Section 11.

Examples of Model Program in a sentence

  • County wishes to provide funding to City for implementation of the Housing First Model Program and City wishes to implement such program, as hereinafter described.

  • Participants whose TIN includes NPIs of a “Primary Care Practitioner” who bills “Qualified Evaluation and Management Services” (as both terms are defined by the Vermont Medicaid Next Generation Participation Agreement) may not participate in more than one Medicaid Next Generation Model Program, or any other Medicaid ACO-based payment reform program or with any other accountable care organization in which they attribute or align lives.

  • City shall do, perform, and carry out implementation of the Housing First Model Program to serve individuals who meet the criteria for chronic homelessness and have a disability (as that term is defined by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development) in a satisfactory and proper manner as determined by County and in conformance with the criteria outlined in Appendix B (Purpose and Outcomes), which is attached hereto and incorporated as if fully set forth herein.

Related to Model Program

  • AML Program has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.

  • PEBB program means the program within the HCA that administers insurance and other benefits for eligible employees (as described in WAC 182-12-114), eligible retired employees (as described in WAC 182-12-171 and 182-12-180), eligible survivors (as described in WAC 182-12-180, 182-12-250, and 182-12-265), eligible dependents (as de- scribed in WAC 182-12-250 and 182-12-260) and others as defined in RCW 41.05.011.
