Modding definition

Modding means any adaption, modification distribution, copying, translation, porting, or making available of any works which derive from or incorporate any part of the Game, including the Source Code. For the avoidance of doubt, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ does not include your own personal use of a Game which you have purchased from us or our distributors in compliance with any licence terms applicable to use of that Game.

  • Dewatering means the removal of water for construction activity. It can be a discharge of appropriated surface or groundwater to dry and/or solidify a construction site.
