Modal Dialog. A modal dialog is like a regular dialog box, except that the rest of the UI is frozen until the modal dialog is dismissed. Previous • If the view that initiates the reaction is somewhere on a page then the page switches to the previous one in memory. This is synonymous with clicking the previous page in the breadcrumbs trail at the top left of the page.
