  • If Mod Mod R Applicable is specified in the applicable Conditions Supplement and Restructuring is the only Credit Event specified in a Credit Event Notice, then a Deliverable Obligation may only be included in an Asset Amount (including any amendment in a NOPS Amendment Notice) if it (A) is a Conditionally Transferable Obligation and (B) has a final maturity date not later than the applicable Modified Restructuring Maturity Limitation Date.
