Mockup(s) definition

Mockup(s) means Design-Build Firm s’ construction of a portion of the Work, or an example of the construction thereof, for purposes of confirming and/or testing the appropriateness and performance of the design, materials and/or construction thereof, before continuing with the actual physical construction thereof.
Mockup(s) means Contractor’s construction of a portion of the Work, or an example of the construction thereof, for purposes of confirming and/or testing the appropriateness and performance of the design, materials and/or construction thereof, before continuing with the actual physical construction thereof.

Related to Mockup(s)

  • Images includes all manner of images and audio recordings of the Undersigned that were captured or created during the period of or in connection with, or that depict or otherwise relate in any way to, any of the activities of the Undersigned during or in connection with the Race, however and by whomever captured, created, or stored, including without limitation films, videotapes, photographs, negatives, prints, recordings, digital files and data, and all reproductions in any form, in any media whatsoever whether now known or hereafter devised, and all derivative works based on any of the foregoing;

  • Web means the World Wide Web, containing among other things pages written in the hypertext markup language and/or any similar successor technology.

  • Programming means the process of organisation, decision-making and allocation of financial resources in several stages, with the involvement of partners in accordance with Article 5, intended to implement, on a multi-annual basis, joint action by the Union and the Member States to achieve the objectives of the Union strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth;

  • Licensed Programs means, collectively, NeoSystems’ and any Third Party Vendor computer software programs to be provided to Client for use on certain hardware on Client’s premises or a third party’s premises as set forth in an Agreement. The Licensed Programs shall include any fixes, work-arounds, updates, revisions, modifications, enhancements and any derivative works that are provided to Client by NeoSystems under an Agreement.

  • Customizations means those features, functions, interfaces or other aspects of the Contractor Customized Software that have been specifically developed or customized for District. Contractor Customized Software will include any and all bug fixes and other nonmaterial revisions to Contractor Customized Software, regardless of whether District has funded such bug fixes or other revisions.
