Mock-up definition

Mock-up means a temporary, full-sized, structural model built to scale chiefly for study, testing, or displaying a wireless communications facility. It is nonfunctional and has no power source.
Mock-up means a model, either full size or to scale, of a construction system or assembly used to evaluate and analyze construction details, strength, coordination, and appearance.
Mock-up means a mock-up of a Unit to be delivered by the SP in accordance with the Train Technical Requirements and the terms of this Agreement;

Related to Mock-up

  • Lock-up shall have the meaning given in Section 5.1.

  • Lock-Up Agreement means the Lock-Up Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by and among the Company and the directors and officers of the Company, in the form of Exhibit B attached hereto.

  • Lock-Up Shares has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Lockup Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(d)(i).

  • Lock-up Period means the period commencing on the date of the final prospectus relating to the Company’s IPO, and ending on the date specified by the Company and the managing underwriter(s). Such period shall not exceed one hundred eighty (180) days, or such other period as may be requested by the Company or an underwriter to accommodate regulatory restrictions on (i) the publication or other distribution of research reports, and (ii) analyst recommendations and opinions.
