Mock Billing definition
Mock Billing means a billing period statement provided to Owner prior to the implementation of Meter Rate billing, and is presented for informational purposes only. The Owner may use the information in a Mock Billing statement to understand water usage at their property, and how application of Metered Rates may impact billing. During the Mock Billing phase, the applicable Rates as set out in Section R2 of Schedules “B - 1” to “B - 10” will continue to apply.
