MOBITEX definition

MOBITEX means the two way wireless data communications network based upon the Mobitex Data Communications Network based upon the Mobitex Protocol as operated in Canada by Rogers and, where applicable, any other similar network located in the United States or elsewhere that is operated by a third party and that may be accessed by Rogers Customers pursuant to a roaming agreement or otherwise permitted by such third party.
