MobilTel EAD means a Bulgarian joint stock company which until the Merger had its corporate seat in Sofia, Bulgaria and business address at 1 ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and was registered with the Commercial Register under company file number 5857/1994;

As far as representations given under this Clause 5 (Representations and Warranties of Sellers Re: The Company) refer to a period of time wholly or partly prior to the Merger, such representations are also deemed to be given mutatis mutandis with respect to MobilTel EAD.
The merger of MobilTel EAD and the Company (the “Merger") has been performed in accordance with all applicable laws and has been duly registered, and the Company is the universal legal successor to MobilTel EAD.
