Mobilization Services definition

Mobilization Services means those services described in Section 3 of this Agreement.
Mobilization Services means, without limitation and as more fully described in Section 2.2,Mobilization/Transition, all preparation for the commencement of O&M Services, including taking steps necessary to establish a seamless transition; preparing all operational plans required by the Department; developing or procuring and implementing the RMIS; hiring and training O&M Firm Personnel; developing procedures and internal guidelines; and transitioning equipment and facilities from the DBM Firm and dispatching services from CSXT.
Mobilization Services has the meaning given that term in Section 3.1(a).

Examples of Mobilization Services in a sentence

  • Thereafter, by the 15th day of each month during the Mobilization Phase, Operator shall invoice Owner for Mobilization Services one month in advance.

  • Each monthly invoice for Mobilization Services shall be the sum of the projected amount of the following month’s Mobilization Compensation based on the Mobilization Phase Budget as updated by the most recent cash flow analysis by the Administrator.

  • Community Mobilization Services help empower community residents, and especially parents of gang-involved youth, to get involved in strengthening the community and in deterring gang activity and gang violence.

  • Owner shall provide Operator, its Subcontractors, if any, and their Representatives with access to the Legacy Generation Assets and the Generation Sites for the sole purpose of performing the Mobilization Services in accordance with the terms hereof.

  • Provide Vaccination Mobilization Services through onsite Vaccination “Clinics” for students, families, staff and community.

  • Throughout the Mobilization Period, Operator shall not provide the O&M Services or otherwise be responsible for the Legacy Generation Assets, but shall, subject to and conditioned upon Owner providing funding pursuant to Section 4.6(b) (Mobilization Period Compensation – Mobilization Service Fee), solely provide the Mobilization Services as described in the Mobilization Plan set forth in Annex VII (Mobilization Plan) (the “Mobilization Plan”).

  • During the Mobilization Period, MCV shall carryout the Mobilization Services as detailed in Exhibit 10.

  • If the aggregate Mobilization Service Fee paid to Operator reaches 70% of the Mobilization Service Fee Cap, Operator shall provide notice to Administrator, and within five (5) Business Days of such notice, Operator shall meet with Administrator to discuss and review the pending Mobilization Services required to complete the Mobilization Plan and the cost thereof.

  • In connection therewith, Operator shall provide Administrator (with copy to PREB) with any other information that (A) Administrator may reasonably request, including performance reports related to any of the Mobilization Services, and (B) may be reasonably produced from records maintained by Operator in the normal course of business consistent with the provisions of this Agreement relating to document retention.

  • During the Mobilization Period, GEII shall carryout the Mobilization Services as detailed in Exhibit 10.


More Definitions of Mobilization Services

Mobilization Services means the services provided by Operator to Owner during the Transition Period as more specifically described in Section 3.2.1.
Mobilization Services means services provided by Operator under this Agreement prior to the Service Commencement Date in order to complete the mobilization and handover to Operator of the operation, management and other rights and responsibilities with respect to the Legacy Generation Assets pursuant to this Agreement, including the services contemplated by the Mobilization Plan; provided that the Mobilization Services shall not be O&M Services.
Mobilization Services means those services specified in Section 2.3.
Mobilization Services means those goods and services provided under Exhibit 10.

Related to Mobilization Services

  • Construction Services means either of the following for construction-manager-at-risk, design-build and job-order-contracting project delivery methods:

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Education Services means training services performed or delivered by Company.

  • Transportation Services means travel assistance given to an individual with

  • Implementation Services means the supply, configuration and programming of Customer Equipment and/or Services and training where set out in an Order.
