Mobilization Services definition

Mobilization Services means those services described in Section 3 of this Agreement.

Mobilization Services means, without limitation and as more fully described in Section 2.2,Mobilization/Transition, all preparation for the commencement of O&M Services, including taking steps necessary to establish a seamless transition; preparing all operational plans required by the Department; developing or procuring and implementing the RMIS; hiring and training O&M Firm Personnel; developing procedures and internal guidelines; and transitioning equipment and facilities from the DBM Firm and dispatching services from CSXT.

Examples of Mobilization Services in a sentence

  • Client shall not disclose the terms and conditions of the Mobilization Services or the pricing contained herein to any third party unless otherwise agreed by the Parties.

  • The Client may, upon giving thirty (30) days written notice identifying specifically the basis for such notice, terminate the Mobilization Services for: (i) convenience provided, that the Client pays in full prior to the effective termination date.

  • Mobilization Services: This includes, but is not limited to, catastrophe (CAT) and mini CAT management, contingency plan implementation, mobile command centers, storm tracking and resource allocation, immediate site inspections and estimates, advanced equipment and resources staging, temporary buildings, shelters and CAT-tent communities and any other mobilization services offered by Provider.

  • The Operator shall keep such contemporary records as may be necessary to substantiate any claim related to the Resource Procurement and Mobilization Services, either on the Site or at another location acceptable to the Paradeep Municipality.

  • The Term of this agreement shall begin upon written Notice to Proceed for Maintenance Mobilization Services (MMS) from the Department and continue for seven (7) years from the Notice to Proceed date for Maintenance Services (MS).

  • The Operator shall also submit any other notices related to the Resource Procurement and Mobilization Services which are required by the Contract, and supporting particulars for the claim, that are relevant to such event or circumstance.

  • Each monthly invoice for Mobilization Services shall be the sum of the projected amount of the following month’s Mobilization Compensation based on the Mobilization Phase Budget as updated by the most recent cash flow analysis by the Administrator.

  • Thereafter, by the 15th day of each month during the Mobilization Phase, Operator shall invoice Owner for Mobilization Services one month in advance.

  • The services to be provided under this Agreement are in two distinct parts, Maintenance Mobilization Services and Maintenance Services.

  • The Signal Maintenance Firm shall not start Maintenance Mobilization Services or Maintenance Services activities within the railroad right- of-way prior to the Department’s issuance of a Notice to Proceed as to such activities.

Mobilization Services means the services provided by Operator to Owner during the Transition Period as more specifically described in Section 3.2.1.

Related to Mobilization Services

  • Post Stabilization Services means contracted services, related to an emergency medical condition that are provided after an enrollee is stabilized in order to maintain the stabilized condition or to improve or resolve the enrollee's condition (42 CFR 438.114 and 422.113).

  • Construction Services means either of the following for construction-manager-at-risk, design-build and job-order-contracting project delivery methods:

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • Preconstruction services means services and other activities during the design phase.

  • Transportation Service means a service for moving people and goods, such as intercity bus service and passenger rail service.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Satellite services means communications capabilities that utilize an on-orbit satellite for transmitting the signal from one location to another.
