Mobility Unit definition
Mobility Unit means one PM peak hour person trip end. Each person trip has two trip ends, one each at the origin and destination.
Mobility Unit or “MU” means the key metric the City uses to determine compliance with the Level of Service (LOS) standard. Mobility Units measure both demand and supply.
