MOBILITY TECHNOLOGY definition

MOBILITY TECHNOLOGY means any Technology that as of the Effective Date is owned by, or under a duty of assignment by a third Person (other than a member of the Mobility Group) to, or Licenseable by, any member of the Mobility Group, including, for the avoidance of doubt, all Technology assigned to Mobility pursuant to that certain Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement between Motorola and Mobility dated on or about the Effective Date.
MOBILITY TECHNOLOGY means all of Mobility's Split Bridge Technology (as hereinafter defined), including Mobility's current split bridge ASIC chip commonly known as "Merlin" and ASIC split bridge chips currently under development by Mobility with LSI Logic or developed in the future "Mobility Split Bridge Chips".   • Customer Technology means Customer's proprietary technology, including Customer's Internet operations design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by Customer or licensed to Customer from a third party) and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of Customer Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of this Agreement by Customer.

  • Technology means all the software, prototypes, devices, drawings, specifications, lab notebooks, manuals, databases, equipment, files, technical memoranda, invention disclosures, patent application files, research studies, testing data, plans, files, formulas, computer programs, data and information, quality control records and procedures, research and development files containing, embodying or revealing the trade secrets, confidential information, and know-how that constitute Intellectual Property.
