MOBILITY SERVICE definition

MOBILITY SERVICE means the provision of digital wireless voice airtime with mobile inter-cell (base station) hand-off capability.
MOBILITY SERVICE means transport services and sup- port services directly related to these, such as brokering and dispatch services, data services and parking services definitions of the act and supporting services relat- ed to traffic services.
MOBILITY SERVICE is defined as a subscription to receive services embodying Seller’s shared vehicle mobility system, which may include a combination of vehicles, control hardware, software, and other components, as further specified in Exhibit A, such exhibit hereby incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
