Mobility Product definition

Mobility Product means any hardware or software product for use in handheld mobility applications whose primary purpose is to provide communication through transmission of voice or text between one or more end users and that uses a combination of (a) electromagnetic transmission or other form of transmission and/or (b) conventional or internet switching or internet routing to permit communication to or from mobile users (such as cell phones). Mobility Products are not Adult Products, Consumer Products, Foundry Products, CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT HAS BEEN REQUESTED AS TO CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THIS EXHIBIT, WHICH PORTIONS HAVE BEEN OMITTED AND REPLACED WITH [****] AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION. Medical Products, Automotive Products, Industrial Products or Gambling Products, and are not in the Gaming Field of Use.
Mobility Product means (a) any vehicle, or mobility-related machinery or equipment, including any car, truck, bus, train, port equipment, material handling machinery, earthmoving equipment, logistics vehicles, crane, forklift, tractor, excavator, drill, crawler, scrapper, grader, gondola, shuttle car, conveyor, locomotive, airborne craft, watercraft or spacecraft (collectively, “Vehicles”), (b) any Vehicle components (other than Fuel Cells), and (c) any services related to any of the foregoing as described in clauses (a) or (b).

  • The Subscription becomes effective at the time the Member takes possession of the Micro- Mobility Product from Swapfiets, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the confirmation or the Subscription.

  • The license and rights under Section 4.2 do not grant to any member of the Motorola Group any right under any Licensed Mobility Patent to: (i) make, use, offer for sale, sell, import, or modify any Mobility Product Imitation; or (ii) offer for sale, sell, or perform any services for maintaining, adapting, customizing, modifying, or supporting any Mobility Product Imitation.

  • For a Supported Product that is classified by Dell as a smart phone or tablet (a “Mobility Product”), within any consecutive twelve-month period within the Term of Service, this Service will provide a maximum of two (2) replacement devices for each Mobility Product that is properly entitled to this Service at the time of a Customer’s request for a replacement device.

  • Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.
